Our History

The company was founded in 1958 by Nikolaos Nikolis and developed very rapidly in the real estate market. It is mostly involved in the construction of private residences, commercial buildings and public work. In 1993, his son, Dimitris Nikolis, undertook the administration of company adding new creative ideas.

In 2001, the company was renamed to “D.N. NIKOLIS S.A.” and was established in the field of real estate development and construction, offering excellent quality and high aesthetics.

The main areas of interest of the company are:

The construction and sale of real estate properties either in company owned plots, or in plots owned by third parties with the system of allowance.
The design and construction of different kinds of buildings, accompanied with all necessary consulting as a general contractor.

Dimitrios NikolisExecutive Engineer

He was born in Athens. He graduated from Athens College. In 1992 he graduated from the department of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens. He obtained a Master of Science in Construction Engineering & Management from STANFORD UNIVERSITY, USA, in1995.

Vasilis DafosExecutive Engineer

He was born in Athens. He graduated from the department of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University in 1992.

Despina SfetsouExecutive Engineer

She was born in Athens and graduated from Ziridi School. In 1993 she graduated from the department of Mechanical Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens. She obtained a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management at STANFORD UNIVERSITY, USA, in1995.

Dr Petros KontopoulosExecutive Engineer

He was born in Piraeus. In 1979, he obtained a Bachelor of Science at Electronic/Electrical Engineering in Manchester University. In 1981, he graduated with a Master of Science degree in Power Electronics and Systems Electronic from Umist University. Finally, in 1984, he obtained a Doctor’s Degree in Transducers of Electronics at Kings College, London.

Haris SfetsosExecutive Engineer

She was born in Athens and graduated from Athens College . In 1993 he graduated from the department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Massachusetts, U.S.A. He obtained a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Tufts University, Medford, Massachusetts, U.S.A, in 1995.

Lina GeorgiEngineer

She was born in Athens and graduated from I.P.Panagiotopoulos School. In 2014 she graduated from the department of Civil Engineering of the University of Patras, Greece. She obtained a Master of Science in Water Resources Science and Technology at National Technical University of Athens in 2017.
